Consultation: We do not charge you for initial contact. You can describe the scope of your project, send us any photos or drawings to our email . We can in most cases, have enough information to give you an accurate quote. Large jobs must have detailed shop drawings with a complete material summary to be approved by the customer. Design: Our state of the art cabinet design software that can produce an accurate, perspective rendered drawing of your cabinets. The program even allows the cabinet doors to be opened to view the inside. These drawings will also give us plan, elevation, shop drawings, material lists, and cut lists. The cost for design ranges from $300 and $1200 depending on the lineal footage of the cabinetry. The drawings are yours to keep and if you decide to go ahead with your project, the drawing fee will be applied to your final payment. Contract and Terms: We ask for 50% deposit when the contract is signed. An additional 40% after the construction and finishing is completed and 10% when the cabinets are delivered and accepted. With larger projects, progress payments will be paid in accordance to the percentage of cabinetry delivered to the house.
